Xiaofei Pan

Prof. Xiaofei Pan is a Professor of Finance at School of Business, University of Wollongong. He also serves as the Leader of Finance Discipline and Co-Director of Centre of Contemporary Australasian Business and Economics (CCABES) at the School of Business. He is an internationally recognized researcher and his research has generated broad academic and policy impact. His research covers the broad area of empirical corporate finance, political economy, financial technology, climate finance and financial institutions, and information quality and disclosure. His academic papers have been published in a number of prestigious international journals, such as Management Science, Review of Finance, Research Policy, Journal of Corporate Finance, Journal of Banking and Finance, European Accounting Review, Auditing: A Journal of Practice and Theory. He is currently serving as a Subject Editor at Emerging Market Review, an Associate Editor at Pacific-Basin Finance Journal, a Deputy Editor at Accounting and Finance, and an editorial board member at British Accounting Review. He has also won a number of awards for his teaching and research.
