用户保证所提供的材料真实、准确、完整，不侵犯任何第三方权利。不得利用本系统从事任何违法违规活动。用户应妥善保管账号，因账号泄露导致的损失由用户自行承担。
系统软件、界面、算法等知识产权归@2026 PhD-Match LLC所有。用户上传材料的知识产权归用户所有。
服务方将采取合理的技术措施保护用户数据安全。原始上传文件在24小时后自动删除。详细政策请参见《隐私政策》。
匹配结果不构成学术、录取或职业建议。AI模型存在固有局限性。在法律允许的最大范围内，服务方否认所有明示或暗示的担保。
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，服务方对因使用或无法使用本系统而产生的任何直接、间接或后果性损害不承担责任。
本协议适用美国特拉华州法律。任何争议通过友好协商解决，协商不成的由仲裁处理。
