Research interests
Our group focuses on developing AI-enhanced optical imaging techniques for quantitative measurement and analysis of complex living systems, ranging from cellular cultures, organoids, deep tissues, to live animals. We design innovative optical systems and computational algorithms that integrate Quantitative Phase Imaging (QPI), multiphoton imaging, adaptive optics, and AI, to deliver customized solutions for investigating pathological processes, conducting high-content phenotypic screening, and performing in vivo target validation.
