I am a mixed-methods researcher and my expertise spans human resource management, systems thinking applications to complex problems, and adaptive leadership. My research focuses primarily on enhancing employee outcomes through investigating employee engagement, well-being, the future of work, HR practices and their impacts across different demographic groups. I was a co-investigator in the ANZSOG / ACT Public Service research project "Flexible working in the Australian Capital Territory Public Service" and am currently involved in an exciting project exploring the productivity of hybrid working knowledge workers.
