Dr. Tao Bai is a Senior Lecturer in International Business. His research focuses on multinational firm strategy, non-market strategy - including corporate political and social activities - and their intersection. His recent work examines how geopolitical dynamics shape firm strategy and behavior. He serves as an Associate Editor for the Journal of International Management. His research has been published in leading journals such as Strategic Management Journal, Journal of International Business Studies, Journal of Management Studies, Journal of World Business, Research Policy, Long Range Planning, as well as in other international business and strategy journals and leading Chinese academic and practitioner journals.
