Siang Boon Koh

The Koh Laboratory seeks to understand the mechanisms that enable tumour cells to adapt, survive, and resist therapy. Through integrated approaches combining molecular and cellular biology, imaging, multi-omics profiling, and AI-aided computational strategies, we investigate how tumour-intrinsic programmes and tumour–host interactions shape tumour resilience. Our goal is to define actionable tumour-specific vulnerabilities and translate these insights into more effective and selective treatment strategies. Enquiries from prospective graduate students and postdoctoral researchers are welcome.
