Sarah Davey

Dr Sarah Davey is a medical scientist with a background in molecular biology and biotechnology. She completed her PhD in Medical Science from the University of South Australia focusing on the von Hippel-Lindau tumour suppressor protein and a novel role in microtubule regulation. Sarah has been teaching as a tutor and demonstrator since 2012 and remains actively involved in various courses across several programs, most recently coordinating physiology and pathophysiology for nursing and midwifery undergraduates. Sarah is currently on secondment to the Teaching Innovation Unit as a lecturer:Academic developer for curriculum development of Adelaide University. Additionally Sarah has been a classical ballet teacher for many years holding an Associate Diploma from Cecchetti Ballet Australia. In her spare time she still indulges in the occasional ballet class whilst raising her family in the beautiful Adelaide Hills.
