Workspaces, cyber security behaviours, territoriality, conflict management and inclusion practices. Specifically, my research investigates four related issues towards improving employee well-being and productivity: (1) How team members' differing perspectives trigger conflict and how leaders can better manage interpersonal conflict for positive outcomes, (2) How workspace configurations activate conflict and shape team members' perceptions, behaviours (territoriality), productivity, and well-being, and how we can improve workspace design for positive benefits for employees and their organisations, (3) How cyber security is connected with employee behaviours, hybrid work, AI surveillances, and leadership and (4) How Inclusive leadership shapes the inclusion and belongingness of culturally diverse employees.
