Research interests

I am the Program Director of the Master of Information Management nested programs with specialisations in Library and Information Management and Archives/Records Management. As the program director, I am involved in training professionals for libraries, archives, records management, information management, and other industry positions. The program has Commonwealth supported places for domestic students. The program is available 100% online through four 10-week terms. Any students who are interested in the program can contact me via email. The programs are accredited by the Australian Library and Information Association (ALIA), Australian Society for Archivists (ASA), and the Records and Information Management Professionals of Australasia (RIMPA). My research focus is on access and inclusion to libraries for people with disability, including children with disability and their families, digital resources and accessibility for people with print disability.
