Research interests
I am interested in studying the emergent phenomena in low dimensional quantum materials and exploiting them for future technologies. A special focus is the two-dimensional flat band systems where the interplay between Coulomb correlation, non-trivial topology and spontaneous symmetry breaking gives rise to a rich phase space with multiple experimental tuning nobs. My experimental approaches include fabricating 2D Van der Waals heterostructures with state-of-the-art techniques and performing electrical transport measurements in dilution fridge with strong magnetic fields.
