Illness trajectories and palliative care by identifying and visualizing disease progression patterns, conducting severe risk assessment, and developing non-invasive cancer screening tools. Health services research on MASLD care pathways, social-medical integration, lifestyle interventions, and digital health tools (wearable devices like CGM) to improve patient linkage-to-care, treatment adherence, and ultimately continuous well-being.
