Research interests
My lab is interested in computational and mathematical approaches to analyzing large data sources, to understand how genomes function and evolve. Since moving to the Jackson Laboratory for Genomic Medicine in 2012, the lab been focusing on cancer genomics and RNA-level gene regulation.
