Research interests

My research focuses primarily on ancient letter writers, in particular Seneca the Younger and Fronto, and letter collections more generally. In 2021, my first book was published with OUP: Seneca Epistulae Morales Book 2. A Commentary with Text, Translation & Introduction. Together with Claire Rachel Jackson, I have published the edited book 'Fictionality in Ancient Epistolography' (De Gruyter 2023). I am also the co-editor of 'Fallibility and fallibilism in Ancient Philosophy and Literature', an edited collection that I published together with Therese Fuhrer in 2023 (De Gruyter). In 2024, I published, together with Lisa Cordes and Marco Formisano, 'Italo Calvino and Classics. Lightness - Quickness - Multiplicity' (Brill).
