I am a statistician driven by curiosity and a belief that rigorous quantitative thinking can illuminate problems across many fields. What motivates me most is the moment where a well-chosen method turns a difficult question into a clear answer, and I am at my best when working alongside others to get there. I care about doing statistics that is both technically sound and genuinely useful, and about making my methods and tools accessible so that others can build on them. I value mentoring and collaboration as much as the research itself, and I am committed to supporting the people I work with to grow in confidence and capability. Outside of my professional life, I am a devoted daughter and wife, grounded by my family and inspired by them in all that I do. I also believe in the importance of a healthy work and life balance: playing the piano gives me space to relax and reflect, and brings a sense of creativity and focus that carries into both my work and my personal life.
