Research interests
cognitive development and learning. I study the processes involved in children’s acquisition of words, categories, and concepts and how these processes are supported by the learning environment. My research aims to understand the role of the learning environment in creating development – specifically, how the learning context may differentially engage psychological processes and lead to different developmental outcomes.
