Professor Anne Souvertjis (formerly Sharp) is Dean: School of Marketing at Adelaide University. Anne holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Auckland, a Master of Business (Research) and a PhD from the University of South Australia. Her work includes food waste, the evaluation of retail bans on single use plastic bags, assessing the impact of recycling campaigns on household behaviour change, and developing measures for higher order behaviours such as repairing and waste avoidance. All Anne's research has the common theme of applying marketing science knowledge to sustainable marketing.
